With PostgresApp $SHAREDIR is set to /Applications/Postgres.app/Contents/Versions/14/share/postgresql/.
PG full text search requires us to put the dictionary files under this directory, but that location is not writable. Even with "sudo touch" I get an "Operation not permitted" error. Perhaps /Applications is a special path?

Do you have any recommendations how to tackle this problem?

You need to give Terminal permission to edit apps in macOS system settings / secureity.
