Code generate tools

Use this to code generate brickflow/bundles/model.py

Make sure you are in the repository root and are using a *nix machine.

./tools/gen-bundle.sh <version>  # example: ./tools/gen-bundle.sh 0.201.0

Please note the version defaults to what is defaulted in brickflow.
