Description
Use case
flutter test shows a warning when we run it on a project that doesn't have a test folder.
When I create a new project, from my template, I don't have any tests yet, and the warning breaks my CICD pipeline. In order to fix this, I am forced to add a fake test, or only run flutter test if the directory exists.
Proposal
Add a flag into flutter test to disable warnings when it detects no test directory.
