It is portable as in not using setup. If you want to use mpv.net in typical portable mode, create a folder named portable_config in root directory (where mpvnet.exe is located). More informations about settings location are in Settings section of app's manual here |

It doesn't seem like this application is actually portable.
When running from
mpv.net-v7.1.1.3-beta-portable-x64.zip, the config and settings files are still being stored inC:\Users\<user>\Roaming\mpv.netrather than in the current running folder.I'm not sure if this is intentional, but if it is then I recommend removing the
