A truffle config setup is needed, and a mnemonic or private key (mnemonic taking precedence) should be supplied as a GitHub secret or a .env entry.

The key should be requested by the CLI if not already provided. The CLI should then utilize truffle's deployment facilities to deploy the contract to the configured chain. The resultant smart contract address will be returned via the config grain integration output and should be stored by the CLI.
