Problem description

Currently, when you program a block for publication, you can set an end date earlier than the start date.

Proposed solution

Check the "End" field and trigger an error if it has a date before the start date

This would may require a new field date date-range to support and validate the input against each other. Another possibility would be have a look how such validation can be achieved in json schema which is supported by Sulu frontend architecture. If you want to dive into let me know.
