This is an ocean wave mosaic made for indoor AND outdoor use. It is weather sealed to withstand rain, snow and other harsh elements. This is the perfect adornment to the outside of your home or deck area. Each hand cut piece of stained glass has been glued and placed onto an acrylic hand painted cement board with sturdy Weld bond glue.
