For the first layer, I'm using three strawberries. Cutting the tops off and putting them in the blender. Then adding a handful of raspberries, a drizzle of local honey, a tablespoon of water, and pureeing it. Using my star popsicle mold and adding my red layer and putting it in the freezer. For the white layer, I'm using a fresh coconut. I punctured a hole in it to drain out the water then cracked it in half. Using a spoon, I scraped the meat out until I had about a quarter of a cup. Then added it to the blender while Sky made sure we didn't waste any. I added four tablespoons of water, pure it and added it to my popsicle mold. To make it fully edible, I'm using a celery stick and popping it back in the freezer. For the last layer, we're using fresh blueberries. I'm putting them in the mold around the stick and adding water to fill in the empty space and after a few hours in the freezer, it's ready to enjoy.
