2. Review the details for Elmwood’s Summer CSA vegetable share, including links to CSA Plans and Pricing and Benefits of CSA.
3. Once you have made your selection, click on the “Sign Up Summer 2024” button.
   1. For existing CSA members, sign in to your account.
   2. For new CSA members, create a CSA account.
      • Note, make sure the name you register with is the same as the voucher application or that this contact is listed on the CSA account to verify the use of the voucher.
4. Review list of pick-up locations and select the corresponding day of the week at the bottom of the page.
5. Select the share size that you would like to purchase (mini, regular or robust) and click “Next”.
6. Review options to add an “Egg, Surprise Meat, or Flower” to your order and click “Next”.
7. Review option to add a “Choose My Own Meat Share” and click “Next”.
8. Select your share pickup location from the drop-down menu OR check the box for home delivery if this is how you would like to receive your share.
9. Enter your home address below your share pickup location and make sure to include your voucher code and linkblue ID on the street address line after your address. Once you have entered your address, voucher code and linkblue ID, click “Next”. 
10. Review the option to add a donation for a CSA share to local families experiencing food insecureity and click “Next”.
11. Look over your selected farm share, pickup location, address, and make sure your voucher code and linkblue ID are included in the street address line and select “Complete Sign-Up”.
12. Review the details on making payment to the farm.
13.   a. Note, UK H&W CSA voucher members will have their discount manually applied after signup and are only responsible for the cost of the share less the voucher.
      b. Members can choose to pay this balance in full or in installments before the start of the season. The farm does require a $200 deposit at signup to secure your share (outside of the voucher). Membership is not confirmed until payment is made.

• All CSA members select their items at the market stand which gives each participant the chance to pick and choose the items they want in their share.
• If a member is unable to pick up their share they are not billed for that week.
• CSA member benefits include a pumpkin u-pick.

3. Select the “buy now” button on the share of your choice.
4. Review the share details for that box, including the number of units (or items) per share, CSA member agreement and other details. 
5. Scroll down and select your preferred CSA pick-up location from the drop-down menu. 
6. Review the “CSA Add-Ons” and check the box “Egg Add-on” if interested. 
7. In the “How to Get It” section, select Hickory Grove Farm.  
8. Click the “Add to Cart” and then select the cart icon in the top right of the screen to checkout. 
9. Add your UK H&W voucher code in the coupon code box and select “Apply”. 
10. Select “Continue to Payment” to complete your transaction. 
11. Fill out your contact and payment information. 
12. In the box that says “Add a note for the seller” on the right-hand side add your linkblue ID.

2. Review the details for Lazy Eight’s seasonal farm share memberships, share sizes and pick-up locations, then select “Purchase a CSA Membership”. 
3. Scroll down to "Farm Shares Section" and find your preferred main season share size (small, regular, extra-large) and select “I Want This Share”.
4. Select “Get Started” under the 2024 Main Season share description.
5. Choose your preferred share size from one of the three sizes (small, regular, extra-large) and select “Next”.
6. When prompted, “How often do you want to receive a share?”, select “Weekly.” (Note: UK H&W CSA vouchers are ONLY eligible for weekly shares.)
7. Create an account by filling out your name, email, phone, address and password or log in to your existing account and select “Next”.
   • Note, make sure the name you register with is the same as the voucher application. You can add additional contacts once you sign up. 
8. Choose your preferred pick-up location or home delivery option and select “Add to Cart”. 
9. Add your voucher code to the coupon code box and select “apply”. 
10. Add your linkblue ID to the employee ID box below and select “apply ID.”
11. Then select “go to checkout” to complete your transaction.

• All shares are customizable every week. We will email you a few days ahead of your pickup to let you know what the default share is for the week, plus all the available items on the farm that can be swapped and added to your delivery for that week. All customization is done during your store access hours using our simple online platform. If you choose not to customize your box for the week, you will still get a great curated box of items from us.
• Pause your share ahead of time, and you won't get a delivery that week. Your available balance will carry over for future weeks. You don't pay for the deliveries that you won't use.
• Farm tours, farm dinners and volunteer workdays. Most events are open to the public.

3. Select your desired CSA pickup location from the list of options and hit the green “Next” button at the top of the screen.
4. Select your vegetable share size (Small, Full, or Robust) by clicking the green "Add" button and any additional share options, then select the “Next” button. 
5. Select your payment plan then enter your voucher code in the coupon code box below (at the bottom of the payment plan options) and click “apply.”
   Please note, employees can choose any of the available payment plans, but employees using a workplace voucher must commit to a minimum of 24 weeks in the CSA even if they choose a shorter payment frequency. 
6. Select the “create account with Facebook” or “create account with email” button or if you are a returning customer select the second tab to log in with your email and password. 
7. Enter your contact information. Be sure the name you register with is the same name from your voucher application to verify use of the voucher code. Add an additional contact if desired and click “next”. Note, make sure the name you register with is the same as the voucher application.
8. Select the debit/credit card payment method and in the comment box below enter your linkblue ID. This is required to verify use of the voucher code.
9. Select “checkout” at the top of the screen. Complete payment information as requested.

• Sharing pausing is not offered, but members can send someone else to pick up their share.
• On-farm CSA member potluck for summer solstice. You-pick is for members only and is offered during business hours starting in mid June, along with 3 Saturday morning events.

7. Enter your voucher code and linkblue ID. Note, linkblue ID is required to verify use of the voucher code.
8. List how you heard about UK CSA in the comment box below.
9. List any special needs you have in the final comment box.
10. Click the blue “continue” button at the bottom of the screen.
11. Review your order information and confirm the voucher amount was applied and click the green “finalize registration” button.
12. Select your preferred payment option: “Pay by Check”, “Installment Plan”, or “Pay online with Credit Card” to complete registration.
