This is an old simple recipe passed on by my mom’s grandmother. It’s simple. Read below for recipe⬇️ All you need is eggs, flour and honey. That’s it. The more eggs you use the more dough it makes. You want to use an even number of eggs. You can do 4, 6, 8, eggs. Then comes the flour. We use semolina flour. You then begin adding flour a little at a time, mixing in intervals until the dough comes together. Then kneeding the dough, adding flour a little at a time until very smooth and firm. Katie Larimore on Instagram: "Christmas Biscotti ❤️🎄 Ingredients: 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup olive oil 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 eggs 1 and 3/4 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 and 1/2 cup pistachios @wonderfulpistachios 1/2 cup dried cranberries (optional) white chocolate for dipping or drizzling 1. Mix together sugar and olive oil. 2. Add vanilla and eggs and beat. 3. Add dry ingredients and stir. Then add cranberries and pistachios and mix in by hand. 4. Shape the dough into two logs. 5. Bake at 300 for about 35 minutes until golden brown. Let cool about 12 minutes. 6. Cut on the diagonal into your biscotti. 7. Reduce oven temp to 275. Place biscotti cut side down back on baking sheets. Bake about 10 more minutes to dry out the cookies. 8. Let cool, then
