What to do when children lie
1. Read books about lies and telling truth. «Honesty is My Superpower» could be helpful here. 2. Have conversations about lying and telling the truth with children. 3. Help kids avoid situations where they feel the need to lie. 4. Praise children for owning up to doing something wrong. 5. Be a role model for telling the truth. 6. Use a joke to encourage your child to own up to a lie.
