Zutaten 🫶🌱 Ca 350g Rosenkohl 70g Parmesan (vegetarische Variante - gerieben) 50g Butter Salz und Pfeffer Zubereitung 🫶🤗 1. Rosenkohl putzen und halbieren. 2. Butter schmelzen. 3. Ofen auf 200 Grad vorheizen. 4. 2/3 der geschmolzenen Butter in eine Form geben und am Boden der Form verteilen. 5. 2/3 des Parmesans über der Butter verteilen, salzen und Pfeffern. 6. Rosenkohl-Hälften mit der flachen Seite nach unten auf die Butter-Parmesan-Mischung legen. 7. Nochmals mit Butter bestreichen und den übrigen Parmesan darüber geben. 8. Alles für ca 15-20 Minuten in den Ofen geben.
