Chili Lime Noodles with Tempeh Crumble (Vegan Recipe)
This bowl of Chili Lime Noodles is topped with a sweet & savory tempeh crumble that goes perfectly with the tangy and spicy flavors of the noodles. I used wheat knife cut noodles with the distinct curly edges that I cooked in a simple mix of seasonings and finished with a generous amount of lime juice for that extra layer of flavor and acidity.

SOY BUTTER GARLIC NOODLES (VEGAN RECIPE)
These Soy Garlic Butter Noodles are easy to make yet packed full of that delicious buttery garlicky goodness. This recipe is inspired by the garlic noodles from the renowned Crustacean and Thanh Long restaurants in San Francisco. Those noodles I had back when I was around 12 years old during my first trip to the US were perfectly cooked with each chewy bite boated in this delicious buttery and garlicky sauce, with hints of umami—something I really enjoyed and still remember to this day.
One-Bowl Shoyu Udon (Soy Sauce Noodles)
This might just be the ~the easiest~ bowl of noodles I’ve put together. I had here a bowl of Shoyu Udon (shoyu = soy sauce in Japanese) and udon are of course these thick wheat noodles. This is a one bowl recipe and was actually a spur-of-the-moment creation since I just had a short break from work and wanted a satisfying noodle dish. 👌🏻
Easy Spicy Miso Noodles 🥢
These Spicy Miso Noodles coated in a rich and fragrant miso-based sauce. They pack a a spicy kick from the homemade chili garlic sauce and if you’d love more spice, you can always add more chili sauce! I mixed these noodles together with some thinly sliced cucumber for that extra crunch and freshness that greatly compliments the richness of the sauce. Also added in some fresh cilantro and some sautéed shiitake mushrooms.

Cozy Peanut Satay Noodle Soup Recipe 🍜
This bowl of Peanut Satay Noodle Soup is a perfectly cozy bowl. I love noodle soups despite the hot water and really enjoyed these chewy rice noodles in a smooth and silky peanut satay broth. I topped this with sautéed oyster mushrooms, crispy shallots, scallion, Thai basil leaves, roasted peanuts, and chili oil before being finished with a squeeze of lime. ✨
Easy Cilantro Lime Noodles
An easy, savoury, and zesty bowl of Cilantro Lime Noodles with a hint of spice and earthiness from chili and curry powder. This is inspired by my love for cilantro and lime in Mexican cuisine with an Asian twist and can be easily customised to your taste - you can also add in any protein, vegetables, and mix-ins of your choice.
