You can also add more cornstarch paste at the end if you need to thicken up - I usually add some chopped onion, I didn’t have any this day hence the onion powder - this is a mild creamy curry but you can totally add chilli powder if you like a little heat - you can sub mango chutney for apricot jam or a marmalade.
