I was not a fan of Rattrap’s design in Beast Machines, but there are aspects of that design I like; I did not like his his wheels in particular. I do understand the reason for them to drive a narrative for the character, I think Rattrap was given the most divisive characterization of the whole cast. So here is my redesign that attempts to pay respect to him from Beast Wars and Beast Machines, returning him to the incorrigible super spy/sharpshooter/demolitionist that we all love.

Beast machines- I know not a lot of people loved this because it's predecessor (Beast Wars) was so good but oh my god... I just this one was just as good considering my love for the franchise continued.

Here is my concept for Dinobot returning to help the Maximals on Cybertron. If Waspinator can be flung by catapult to Cybertron, I think there is a way for Dinobot to make a return lol. Especially since his spark is the same as Rampage’s practically immortal spark, there could be an interesting story behind his return.
