Ingredients - Idli, Grated Coconut, Sambar Powder, Idli Powder/Podi, Mustard Seeds, Channa Dal, Dry Chilli, Curry Leaf, Coriander Leaves, Salt. Method - 1. Cook idli in a steamer & cut in to small pieces 2. add oil in a pre-heated pan - splutter mustard seeds, channa dal, dry chilli & curry leaf 3. add idli podi, sambar powder & grated coconut - quick stir 4. add chopped coriander leaves & salt - mix 5. add idli pieces in to tempered spices - mix till all masala coated well.
