The cake was made by Publix Bakery, which has stores all over America, showing a bird's eye picture of a tornado iced onto the top like a weather map, accompanied by the words 'Go Away Irma'.

I made this cake for my sister, Valerie's, birthday. Growing up she liked the Wizard of Oz and still does, so I thought this would be good for her.
