Go meatless tonight by replacing chicken with cauliflower in my own version of Cauliflower Parmesan. You won't even miss the chicken!

Cauliflower Paneer Tikki is made with par boiled vegetables or a combination of vegetables. It can be either deep fried or shallow fried.

Crushed cauliflower, parmesan and fresh herbs are mixed together and fried in a little oil until golden brown. Perfect for lunch or as a side.
