Melt white chocolate. Using a water balloon (with air inside) dip balloon into chocolate (lightly coating the balloon) until it is over halfway covered. Freez chocolate covered balloons. Once chocolate has hardened, pull balloons out of the eggs. Sprinkle some gram cracker crumbs inside egg and place your candy dino.
