This little castle is actually the gatehouse to the 5 star Atholl Palace Hotel.

This was the little gate house about 2 miles away from the incredibly large Ardverikie House. I didn't know what this was until after getting home and looking it up, but it was cool too see. This house was near the gate leading to the estate. I really liked how it resembled a mini-castle. Emma was holding an umbrella over my camera in order to get this shot.

Castle in Ireland

It was built in 1922 and was home to author James Oliver Curwood, who used one of the turrets as a writing studio.
