If you want to make mango rice cake dough, you only need mango juice and glutinous rice flour. To achieve a stronger yellow hue for the dough, you can add a drop of food colouring. If you want to make plain rice cake dough, use the amounts of water and sugar along with glutinous rice flour instead.
