Ingredients - 4 slices of low cal bread 🍞 - 150g of raw prawns 🦐 - 1 beaten egg 🥚 - 1 tbsp white sesame seeds 🥄 - 1 tbsp black sesame seeds 🥄 - 1 tsp sesame oil - 1 tsp ginger - 2 grated garlic cloves 🧄 Method 1. In a bowl with a fork mash your prawns, it is awkward with a fork so if you’ve a food processor use that instead 2. Add in the sesame oil, garlic and ginger 3. Spread over the bread and make sure it’s perfectly flat with a knife 4. Cut into 4 triangles per slice 5. Dunk into the beaten egg (Not the prawn side, just the bread side) 6.
