Ingredients * 150g (2 us cups) broccoli florets, boiled or steamed * 250g (1 3/4 us cups) potato, boiled or steamed * 50 (2 tablespoons) tuna * Handful of grated cheese * Optional: salt & pepper (for adults and older kids) Method 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350F)and line a baking tray with baking paper or a silicone mat. 2. Place cooked broccoli and potatoes in a bowl and mash them with a fork or potato masher. 3. Add the tuna and cheese, season with salt and pepper if desired then mix well to combine. 4. Scoop a heaped tablespoon of the mixture and form it into a tot. 5.
