The Halloween Page - Simple DIY Toxic Waste Barrel Prop: My Halloween friend and I made this the other night, using only $20 in supplies! Spooktacular! The Halloween Page Supplies: -Cardboard (free) -Cheap black trash can ($10) -Great Stuff foam ($5) -Fluorescent green spray paint ($5) -Stickers or printed toxic waste signs (free) Directions: -Cut circle of cardboard to fit inside trash can. Use foam to seal it in place, and build up foam around lip of trash can. Let cure 24h. -Paint foam, wipe off excess paint on trash can, and let dry. -Add stickers or printed toxic waste signs. -Done! | Facebook
