Ingredients:
2 ripe pears, halved and cored
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange pear halves on a baking sheet.
Fill each pear with blue cheese and sprinkle with walnuts.
Drizzle honey over the top and add a pinch of thyme.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until pears are tender and cheese is bubbly.
