This recipe from Food Dreamer went above and beyond my expectations! The grahams have a hint of cinnamon and are super crunchy - just like the real thing. Best part is while they were cooking in the oven my whole house smelled like Christmas cookies 😍 Recipe: 2 cups almond flour 1/3 cup gold erythritol sweetener 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking powder pinch of salt 1 egg 2 Tbsp butter, melted 1 tsp vanilla Whisk flour, sweetener, cinnamon, baking powder, & salt. Stir in egg, butter, & vanilla until dough forms Place dough on parchment paper & top with another piece. Roll to 1/4 inch thickness. Slice into squares Bake at 300° for 25 minutes. Turn off oven and let grahams cool in oven overnight
