Andrea Welker is the supervising attorney for the Children’s Advocacy Today (CAT) Externship, and an attorney with the CAT office in the Kentucky Children’s Hospital.  She is a 2009 graduate of the College of Law and also holds an MA in Diplomacy and International Commerce from UK’s Patterson School. She was previously in practice with the law firm of Gordon J. Dill, PSC, a firm devoted to general trial practice, including medical malpractice, employment litigation, domestic relations and criminal defense. Andrea returned to Lexington in 2010 to launch her own law practice shortly before joining CAT.
