The Guard Captain is in command of the Lowhist Guards, reporting directly to Knight Uaithne of House Floros, who oversees the Lowhist Militia (including the City Guards and the County Patrols). Knight Uaithne reports to his wife, Lady Chloe of House Gilroy. Captain Stein can be found patrolling the city or at the Guard Quarters near the Bridge Gate.
