Delphis (Atlantean word for Dolphin[4]) is an Indian teenager turned into a water breather by Klarion's Project Rutabaga. She now lives in Atlantis. Before her Meta-Gene activation, Delphis was an olive-skinned teenager with black hair and brown eyes. Her hair was slightly curly, and reached to her waist.
