BLOOD GANG SUWOOP

This is a picture of a popular gang in Los Angeles called "The Bloods". Davis argued that, "a great deal of sign conventionalization obtains in clothing as it does in the arts and crafts generally"(154). This gang exclusively wears the color red which differs from their rival gang who wears blue. If someone is seen wearing red in Los Angeles they are automatically associated with events that happen in gang life. C.K.
