This is mimicking "disney on ice" which is an ice skating show about disney stories. This is meant to be horatian, and i assume that people that have seen disney on ice and know who walt disney is would find this funny. This is a play on words, where walt disney is literally on ice. I think it's funny because i know who he is, and the goals are trying to be funny and use play on words to make others laugh at it as well, not be mad about it.
