This is a Southwest Concho made into a necklace. This one is heart shape. These pieces are traditionally hand made and sterling silver. And as traditional Southwest jewelry, these have no stamping mark. This Concho is domed and measures about 16.21 x 18.77 mm which is about .64 x .74 inch.
