The necklace features a beautiful Tibetan Prayer Wheel with large Tibetan Dzi Eye beads in red and brown and big dark red Rudraksha beads from India. Large bronze disc spacers around the Rudraksha beads bring out the colors in the prayer wheel and also add to the warm hues in the necklace. The necklace measures approx. 19 inches from end to end and sits in a comfortable spread around the neck. The hook clasp is a lead and nickel free bronze finish alloy. Free shipping within US. A little about me: I am a jewelry artist based in Redmond, WA. Besides designing and making jewelry pieces, I also do mixed media, sewing, clay, and poetry. (Some of my pieces decide to bring their stories along with them on paper.) Over the years I have explored many mediums to tell my story but I feel very passionate about jewelry. I love studying ethnic jewelry art forms and techniques used in various cultures across the world. To me jewelry means much more than mere pieces of adornment. I see jewelry making as a form of poetry, a pursuit of beauty, an expression of the creative soul - a need that even the early cave men (and women) recognized as important along with the quest for food and safety. I also design coordinated scarf and accessory combos for busy women. I call them FabWraps. (FabWrap = a bundle with a scarf and a matching coordinated jewelry piece.) The idea is to give women a quick way to take a thrown-on tee-and-jeans outfit to a fabulously-put-together one in one minute.
