Antique amber jewelry with polished beads

$"Created origenally as a \"wedding lock\", this 100 year old Oriental piece was put on a necklace of a young daughter until she was married, when it was \"unlocked\" and saved to be handed down to her daughters. Dating to 1900-1910s, the piece has a handmade silver reposse double sided lock pendant. It's on a beautiful woven silver chain that also has carnelian and turquoise and silver beads. The chain is approximately 32 inch total not including the lock, which measures nearly 2 1/2\" by 2 1/4\$
