Day 14 of #Phase1 of #75Hard...
Outdoors. Lifting stones again. Back in nature and not confined and constricted by four walls of a gym. There's something about sun, trees, birds and the sounds of heavy stones hitting the ground that cannot be duplicated. ❤ #Putmeinthegamecoach
Day 29/30 of phase 1 of 75 hard...
One day away from graduating #75hard #Phase1. This has been a challenge of pure will. After restarting twice (once at day 19 and the other on day 12) this orginal 30 day challenge has taken me 61 days to complete. Talk about grit & determination.
Day 20 of #Phase1 of #75Hard
I created a work week challenge this week for my friends on @fitbit (I had no idea I could do this) (I'm usually invited to challenges ans never prompt them) and in this challenge, today I walked 8 miles, burned 3k calories, and workout for 151 minutes. It's a right race, but I'm hoping for 1st place? 🏆🤷‍♂️ (Hey that rhymed) 🤪😂👍
Day 17 of phase 1 of 75 hard..
My 45 minute #workout this #morning was a 'brisk walk' 😉 around my community. Deciding to take a break from #highimpact morning #workouts plus, it's exceptionally cool (weather wise) outside and I couldn't resist. The work is never done. #letsgo

Time to get 'real fit'...Real Omegas Fit that is! 😅 #Organic, Non GMO, #Vegan, I mean...come on! 😂 I'm taking these for the first time and adding them to my supplimental routine. Has anyone tried these yet? 🤔 What's been your experience with them?👍
DAY 11 OF #PHASE2 OF #75HARD
This morning I stopped by a local restaurant and business park to do my first 45 minute #workout routine. I felt like I needed a change in outdoor environments. 120 Push ups, 100 leg raises and 80 #crunches all done right here on this ledge. #LetsGo
Day 4 of #phase2 of #75Hard
Taking a break from following body weight excercise routines on @YouTube , I decided to get back in the gym and crush it today with calf raises. I love working out on my calves and today is 3 series of 15 reps of calf raises at 180+ lbs. #letsgo
Looks like I've created a new friend...
I'm out lifting stones in my community park. Neighbor walks up to me with this 50 lb plate and says... "I see you working out here everday lifting stones and thought maybe this would help!" He put the 50 lb weight on the ground and then showed me all the exercises I can do with this 50 lb plate. Once he felt like he had showed me enough, he then said "Keep it" and walked away. Today, I work out with it (alongside with my earth stones) everyday.
After suffering from a concussion...
Last Saturday I got tackled (Rugby) hard and fell on the back of my head (hard) and have been dealing with massive headaches for almost a week straight. Healed. I'm back on! Back in the park. Lifting stones and crushing it. Lets go! #livehard
I HAVEN'T LIFTED STONES IN A WEEK...
I walked all last week (doing three 45 minute walks in the same day three days in a row),(I did two a days the two days prior), for my @fitbit step challenge and came in second with that challenge, but I miss my stones. So today, I'm back in the park lifting heavy a** stones again. So excited! 🏋️‍♂️ I never thought I'd be saying that in a million years! So excited to be in the park...lifting stones? 😂

This pin represents the 61 days it took me to complete what should have been a 30 day mental toughness challenge. After restarting twice (once on day 19 and the other on day 12) I wanted to quit, twice, but I didn't. Instead, I'm still here and I won. Now what?

Trust me, this is harder than it looks. I'm struggling here 😅. Just four days from graduation and I can already taste my first slice of pizza on my tast buds. After completion, one month off to relax and then back at it with #phase2. #letsgo

Well, well, I haven't seen you since yesterday. Day two. Back at it. In nature. Working out on my community park versus the gym. Dropped weights and picked up stones instead. Something about lifting stones in the park brings me back to Alpha Male. 🏋️‍♂️😁🥇
