Easy and comforting, all you need is some old fermented kimchi since sour kimchi cooks down best and flavors the stew. I used thin sliced pork belly, but you can make this with the protein of your choice or add a variety of meats and noodles to make Army Stew. The total time to cook this was about 30 minutes but the longer you simmer the stew the better. And I would say this tastes even better the next day.
