Description Here's a little something for you guys! This is based off the Laboratory setting seen in Dexter's Laboratory. Reference: [link] This BG I recreated from scratch was done entirely in SAI. Feel free to use this in any of your own works. As it is based off someone else's work, it cannot be used in any works for profit.
