DOUGHNUT 🍩 

150g Bakers Flour

15g Sugar

4g Instant Yeast

1 Egg, room temperature

40g Milk, warm

5g Vanilla Bean Paste

30g Butter, room temperature

METHOD:

Combine all ingredients (excluding butter) in a stand mixer. Mix on low for 5 minutes, then increase to medium-fast for 3 minutes. Add butter and mix until smooth. Transfer dough to a bowl, cover with cling film, and let it double in size (about 3 hours).
