By Patsy Collins. Navy card base. Red mat 5 1/4" x 4." Dry emboss top three-fourths or so of white mat in "Stars" folder. Trim to 5 1/8" x 3 7/8" leaving enough of the unembossed area at the bottom for stamping a sentiment. Stamp sentiment in navy ink. Dry emboss red cardstock scrap in same folder, hand cut star, and adhere over one of the stars on the white mat.
