Lately I’ve been racing on through life without pausing - without breathing - without taking care of myself which inevitably resulted in another low period. 🏎️ 🪫 🌪️ So I need to dedicate some time and energy to recharge my soul and be happy again. 🫧🌻⚡️🌈 here are 10 types of self care which I need a lot more of 🧺💓❤️ also want to add spending time with my besties to that list - need a lot more of that too.
