A fabulous soft silk rayon fabric with a satiny finish to it and unusual and rich red colour pattern. It has a shawl collar that crosses over at the back neck, horizontal pintucks at the bust, three quarter length sleeves with turned up pointed cuffs and buttons, pleats are the front waist and large black bottoms down the front. At first glance it appears a shirt dress but the buttons only go three quarters of the way down. Would look great with a full crinoline petticoat to give that perfect fullness to the skirt. Label reads Forever Young. In excellent condition except for minor yellowing of the sleeves. See last photo. Also the shoulder pads appear to have been sewn in the wrong way.
