Single Serve Berry Crisp - Healthy Snacks - Healthy Breakfast
Another single-serve recipe? WHO IS SHE 👏🏼 Berry crisps are one of my FAV desserts but once again, I don’t like to share so if you’re like me then this is for you! SINGLE-SERVE BERRY CRISP: • -2 tbsp oats • -1 tbsp flour • -1 tbsp brown sugar • -1 1/2 tbsp ghee (can use softened butter or coconut oil) • -1/2 tsp baking soda • -1/2 tsp vanilla • -mix all together until fully combined • -add 1/2 cup berries to the bottom of a ramekin and top with oatmeal mixture • -bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top and serve hot with your favorite ice cream!

It's also delicious but that goes without saying Nectarine and berry crumble- Crumble- 2tbsp oats 3tbsp muesli 1tbsp flaxseed 1tbsp cinnamon 1tbsp peanut butter 1tbsp maple syrup 1 nectarine- chopped 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries 1tbsp cinnamon Method -preheat your oven to 180°c -mix together all of your crumble ingredients and set aside whilst preparing your fruit. -mix your berries,nectarine and cinnamon together then add to a ovenproof dish. -top with the crumble and bake for 15-20 mins until golden.
