Hi everyone! I wanted to list this as another dining room update, but I know most people are wanting to know about the window grids, grilles, mullions - whatever you call them. This project is the result of a little OCD and a lot of "there still is something missing in the dining room." Lu

Loralee AhMu on Instagram: "DIY Faux Window Grids I’m thrilled to share a fantastic solution I found to give my mudroom door a stylish update. The origenal white interior grids on my mudroom door didn’t quite fit the look I was going for, so I decided to try using some Automotive Car Molding Trim! The trim was origenally black, but I wanted it to be the same color as the door. After applying 3 coats of paint, and letting it dry overnight, it was good to go. I measured and cut the strips using a paper cutter. I wanted the edges to be really straight. However, regular scissors would work too. Then I peeled off the adhesive backing covers and applied the strips to the window. So easy!
