This design is loosely inspired by the classic childrens book, The Rainbow Fish. The fish is hand-stitched by me and cut out of eco-felt and wool felt, from my own pattern.

A needle felted Christmas ornament I created of a rainbow trout. This felted fish has glass eyes that shine on its face and pearlescent sequins glimmer to hint at water on the fins. It hangs fittingly from a fishing line. - Created by Sheri Kowalski
