The approximate overall measurements are as follows: Height - 24 3/4" Width - 16" Depth - 10" This adaptation is taken from a plate rack design we found in a circa 1848 artist's house near the village of Tannersville, New York. Typical of the 'Cottage Style' furniture so common throughout most of the 19th century. This type of rack was used throughout the 18th and nineteenth centuries in England and the United States.
