.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
persist over the S waters through Mon night. A cold front will
move E into the northern and central waters today then dissipate
tonight. Another stronger cold front will cross the waters Mon
into Tue night. High pressure will build E into the southern
waters Wed through Fri night.
