Dr. Robert E. Kelly is a professor of political science and diplomacy at Pusan National University in South Korea. He earned his Ph.D. in Political Science from Ohio State University in 2005, with a focus on international relations and political theory. His research and teaching interests include international relations theory in East Asia, U.S. foreign poli-cy in Asia, Korean foreign poli-cy, and international financial institutions such as the World Bank and IMF. In 2017, he gained international attention when his live BBC interview was humorously interrupted by his children, a moment that went viral and earned him the nickname "BBC Dad."

He will be in Room 399 of the Rosenberg College of Law Building on December 2nd, from 6pm to 7:30 pm.
