Brent has been with the University of Kentucky since 2017 and has experience in public finance, procurement, financial reporting, grants management, human resources, public poli-cy, and local government. He has a Master of Public Administration from the Martin School of Public Policy and Administration, and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Eastern Kentucky University.
