The Knorr rice sides are a great base to make TONS of different delicious meals. Add a protein and a veggie and call it quick and delicious dinner! Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast cubed 1/2 onion finely diced 2 packs Knorr cheddar broccoli rice sides 2 C Broccoli chopped 3 1/2 c water 1/2 c milk 1 c cheddar 1 C French fried onions Cut chicken into pieces and dice onion, put into baking dish. Add in rice packs, water, and milk. Stir. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with chopped broccoli, cheese, and fried onions.
