Make ahead and store for later • Freezer friendly Recipe: Makes 12-16 • Cook time 30 minutes Ingredients: 400g chickpeas, drained and rinsed • 200g couscous (sub for quinoa) • 1/2 red onion • 3 garlic cloves • 1 tsp paprika • 2 tsp parsley • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari • Black pepper • Salt Fire sauce • 4 tbsp hot sauce • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari • 2 tsp brown sugar • 1 tbsp cornstarch • 2 tbsp water Preheat oven to 200C/395F Instructions: In a bowl add the couscous and cover with hot water.
